摘要
输水渠道的运行调控是保证渠道安全、高效输水的关键问题。利用一维水力学模型,结合相应的控制方法,针对南水北调中线总干渠这一大型跨流域调水工程,研究了其下游常水位运行方式下的最优水位变幅问题。结果表明,允许水位变幅区间对调控运行过程有着显著的影响,存在一个最优水位变幅区间能够消减渠道水流波动的影响范围,同时渠道能在较短时间内完成过渡过程。该最优水位变幅区间可以作为南水北调中线工程实际运行调控的参考。
Operation and control of a diversion channel is one of the key problems for its safe and efficient water allocation and transfer. Using onedimensional hydraulic model and corresponding control method, this paper investigates optimal water-level interval of downstream control for the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project (MRSNWD). It is shown that the value of water-level interval has great influence on the operation and control process;an optimal water-level amplitude does exist, which can effectively reduce the effects of flow fluctuation in the channel and make the operation and control process shorter. This optimal water-level interval could be a reference for the operation and control of MRSNWD.
