摘要
目的探讨小切口前房血块清除术的疗效。方法对128例外伤性前房积血伴继发性青光眼,经药物治疗无效者,采用巩膜隧道小切口清除血块。选用白内障注吸针入前房吸除积血及松动凝血块。对较大的血块,注入粘弹剂,扩大切口,轻压小切口的后唇,排除血块。结果该方法效果好,角膜水肿轻,无虹膜、晶状体损伤及角膜血染等并发症,术后视力恢复快。结论小切口前房血块清除术是安全有效的,并发症少,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect with small-incision for clearance of hyphema. Methods We washed out the blood using small-incision in 128 patients of eyes of hyphema, which were ineffective eases treated by drugs. Results This surgery manipulated easy amd had no injury to iris and lens. No complication occurred. Vision was improved. Conclusion Washing out the blood using small-incision is simple, safe, efficient and few complication.
