摘要
针对直升机旋翼转速系统的特点,以高性能的单片机C8051F005和集成化PWM功率驱动芯片LMD18200为核心,采用数字化检测和控制技术,对原模拟式旋翼转速调节器进行了系统级兼容的替代设计。数字化技术的应用使得系统器件总数减少而转速控制精度大为提高,实践证明新设计在保留原有电气接口特性的同时又达到了直升机的旋翼转速控制要求。
In terms of the characteristics of the rotor, the MCU C8051F005 of high performance and PWM power chip LMD18200 are the core components of the system, The digital detection and control methodology are applied to substitute for the analog rotor speed regulator. The new design has less components while better control precision. It is proved that the rotor speed control requirement is satisfied but original interface not changed .
