Flocculation-Biochemical-Adsorption Process for Straw Papermaking Wastewater Treatment

摘要 通过絮凝-厌氧-好氧-煤渣吸附工艺实验对造纸废水在实验室进行处理,得到了一些基本的运行参数。实验中比较了几种常见絮凝剂的处理效果和不同水力停留时间条件下生化处理效果以及煤渣对好氧出水色度的处理效果,得到了较好的结果。实验结果表明:用聚合硫酸铁和聚合氯化铝联合做絮凝剂、厌氧水力停留时间3d、好氧曝气5h、煤渣吸附2h,废水ρ(COD)从7262mg·L-1降至200mg·L-1以下,COD总去除率达97.2%,色度从5000倍降至50倍,色度总去除率达99%,可以达标排放。 This experiment got some basic running parameters by treating papermaking wastewater in the laboratory using the technology of flocculation-anaerobic-aerobic-cinder adsorption. The paper did comparison analysis on the treating effects of several flocculent, the disposal effects of wastewater treatment at different HRT during different biochemical phases and the discolor process through cinder adsorption. The results indicated that the COD fell from 7 262mg·L^-1 to less than 200 mg·L^-1, and the chromaticity from 5 000 fell to 50 under the condition of PFS and PAC as the flocculants, the retention time of anaerobic reaction for 3 days, the aerobic reaction time for 5 hours, and the time of cinder adsorption for 2 hours. The removal efficiency of the COD and the chromaticity were 97.2% and 99% respectively, and the water quality of effluent could meet the requirement of the discharging standard.
