摘要
本研究采用选择性还原焙烧-氨浸-溶剂萃取-电积工艺从低品位红土镍矿中综合提取镍、钴、铁,重点介绍了采用煤作还原剂,选择性还原焙烧的试验研究。研究确定了最佳工艺条件为:采用烟煤做还原剂,还原剂加入量为矿量的10%;粒度在0~3mm,-0.074mm含量约占25%;焙烧时间20~30min;焙烧温度700~750℃。综合试验结果表明,镍、钴氨检浸出率分别为89.33%和62.47%,煤作还原剂不仅可以获得较好的经济效益,而且容易实现。
The process of selective reduction roasting-ammonia leaching-solvent extraction-electrowinning is adopted to extract nickel, cobalt and recover iron from low grade nickeliferous laterite ore. In this paper, the selective reduction roasting experimental study is chiefly introduced, in which coal is used as reductant. The optimal conditions are conformed, bituminous coal is used as reductant, its mass fraction to the ore is 10 % ; granularity of ore is 0-3mm and the percentage of - 0. 074mm is approximately 25 % ; roasting time is 20-30min; roasting temperature is 700 - 750℃. Under integrated conditions, testing results show that the leaching rate of Ni and Co are 88.76 % and 63.46 % respectively, and using coal as reductant not only can obtain good economic benefit, but also be easily to carry out.
