摘要
以芳香酮、甲醛和四种有机胺为原料,在实验室合成了四种曼尼希碱酸化缓蚀剂MNX,复配以四种增效剂,制备出了YSH系列高温酸化缓蚀剂。用静态失重法对合成出的MNX系列母体缓蚀剂和YSH系列高温酸化缓蚀剂进行了性能评价与对比,并对其缓蚀机理进行了探讨。结果表明,YSH系列高温酸化缓蚀剂耐温可达150℃,在盐酸、氢氟酸和土酸中均具有良好的缓蚀性能。
Four Mannich based corrosion inhibitors were synthesized with aromatic ketone, formaldehyde and four different organic amines. The YSH series high-temperature acidification corrosion inhibitors were prepared from the synthesized agent and four types of synergistic agents. The performance of synthesized parent corrosion inhibitor MNX and YSH series corrosion inhibitors was evaluated using zero-gravity test, and their anticorrosion mechanism was also discussed. The temperature tolerance of YSH series corrosion inhibitors was as high as 150 ℃. They showed excellent corrosion inhibition in hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and earth acid at 15% concentration.
