摘要
学校志,是地方志的一个组成部分,是教育志的一个分支,是方志学和教育学的一门综合学科,是学校一项重要的文化建设工程。本文全面、系统地论述了编纂学校志的历史、学校志的性质与作用、编纂的指导思想与原则、体例与体裁、学校志的主体内容、篇目等一系列问题。作者根据新编地方志和学校志编纂20多年积累的经验,指出了校志与校史的联系以及二者的区别,提出史志工作者要坚持实行主编负责制、坚持写好政治运动和人物、坚持语体文记述体、坚持校志的质量标准的四项原则,努力创修名志、佳志、良志,服务当代,造福后代,使学校志成为传世之作。
University records is a part of chorography, a branch of educational records, so it is the intergrated subject of the two. Hence, it is an important culture project. This essay fully and generally dissertates a series of the problems for the records compilation such as the history, quality ＆ function, lodestar＆ principle, form＆ style, content and approach and so forth. Based on compilation experience on chorography and university records for over 20 years, I sum up the similarity between univer- sity records and history, and the difference as well. And I put forward to stick out the charge of editor in chief, writing well for political movements and heroes, the style of writing and the four principles for quality, in this way can famous, perdect and popular records canbe compiled so as to serve the present age and the following. This kind of university records will last for centuries.
