摘要
高校教师是文化素质高、独立性较强的教师群体,因此研究高校教师资源的柔性管理有着重要的理论与应用价值。通过分析综合型大学教师资源的特性,探讨了柔性管理的内涵与特征,论证了高水平大学运用柔性管理理念管理教师资源的可行性与必要性,并针对国内高校管理的问题与现状提出了我国建立高水平、综合型大学的高校教师资源柔性化管理对策。
University's faculty is a colony of teachers with high-level cultural diathesis and stronger independence,so it is important theory and applied value to study the flexible management of university's faculty resources.Through analyzing the characteristic of comprehensive university faculty resources,then probing into the meaning and characteristic of flexible management,the article demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of how to manage faculty resource by the flexible management idea in the higher-level university,and puts forward the countermeasure to set up the flexibility management system for the high-level, comprehensive university faculty flexibility from domestic university issue and current situation of management in our country.
