The application of a servo system in the ZSH5 dicing saw was introduced, According to the structure and the application of ZSHS, the method and the steps to calculate capacity of a servo system in the given condition was indicated. Therefore the appropriate servo motor can be chose. It introduced the main characteristics of the servo system and summarized some experience of parameters setting and debugging, including electronic-gear ratio, closed loop of velocity and closed loop of position, etc.
