摘要
目的建立首乌茶中二苯乙烯苷含量的测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法-DIONEX P680HPLC PUMP配二极管阵列检测器(DIONEX PDA-100Photodiode Array Detector),C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×150mm),流动相为乙腈+水(30+70),检测波长为320nm。结果二苯乙烯苷在4.08204.00μg/ml线性关系良好,r=0.9999。平均回收率100.3%(n=6),RSD2.5%。结论高效液相分离紫外二极管陈列检测器检测的精密度、准确度均能满足分析化学的要求,且灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简便快速,适用于首乌茶中的二苯乙烯苷含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method to determine 2, 3, 5, 4-tetrahydroxystilene-2-O-β-D-glycoside in Gold Theragran Tea. Method HPLC-DIONEX P680 HPLC PUMP match with diode array detector(DIONEX PDA-100 Photodiode Array Detector), C18 Collumn(5μm, 4.6 mm × 150mm). Mobile phase is acetonitrile + aquaefer ( 30 + 70) , and the detection wavelength is 320 nm. Result Content of chrysophenine glycoside raging from 4.08μg/mL to 204. 00μg/mL has a good linear correlation (r = 0. 9999). Average recovery is 100. 3% (n = 6) , RSD is 2.5%. Conclusion The methodological precision, accuracy rating homoenergetic satisfied the requirement of analytical chemistry. Furthermore, it has a high sensitivity and good reproducibility. The manipulation is convenient, fast, and suit with the use of determine the chrysophenine glycoside in Gold Theragran Tea.
