摘要
介绍三种新型系列沥青乳化剂,乳化剂用量为0.3%,乳化能力强,对多种品牌沥青均具有满意的乳化效果,乳液储存稳定性好。该乳化剂对沥青性能基本没有影响。其中2种蒸发残留物沥青的5℃延度性能指标在20以上。这表明该乳化剂性能良好,是一种很有发展前途的阳离子沥青乳化剂。
This paper investigated the performance of a new kind of cationic fast setting bituminous emulsifier. The dosage of the emulsifier is 0. 3%, which indicates it has strong emulsifying ability. It can emulsify all kinds of asphalt. The bituminous has good storage stability. The emulsifier has not bad influence on the asphalt. The extend degree of the vaperation residue asphalt is over 20 at 5℃. The experimental results indicate that the emulsifier has excellent performance, which can be used in the application of paving road.
