摘要
本文介绍了在可能的生物恐怖袭击中,电镜在病毒诊断和鉴别诊断的应用。文中重点描述了痘病毒科和4种不同科的出血热病毒,包括:丝状病毒科、沙拉病毒科、布尼病毒科和黄病动毒科所属病毒在电镜下的形态学和形态发生学特征。电镜在痘病毒与疱疹病毒的鉴别诊断中也是快速和可靠的方法。在附录中还简要介绍了微波和数码图像技术在快速电镜诊断中的应用。
This paper summarizes the application of electron microscopy in diagnosis of viruses in possible bioterrorist attack. The morphologic and morphogenetic characteristics of Poxviridae and four families that contain the different hemarhagic fever viruses : Filoviridae, Arenaviridae, Bunyaviridae and Flaviviridae were described. Electron microscopy is also a rapid and reliable method for differentiating poxvirus from herpesvirus. Microwave and digital imaging technology reduce turnaround time for diagnostic electron microscopy was briefly introduced in the appendix.
