绩效技术——以目标定位的英语教师校本培训思路

摘要 从新课改对教师素质提出的挑战来看,教师培训成为当前解决这一问题的基本途径。但传统的培训效果不很理想,经过培训的教师的知识技能可能得到了某种程度的更新,但他们回到学校后在教学行为的表现(绩效)上却往往没有持久的明显的改进。在培训中,必须贯穿以结果为定向的思路,绩效技术改进可以作为校本教师培训的基本思路和模式。
