Crossed Power Quality Disturbances Detection Based on the Time-frequency Distribution

摘要 针对电能质量扰动信号非平稳、交叉性的特点,提出一种基于Wigner-Ville分布(Wigner-Ville distribution,WVD)交叉电能质量扰动检测的方法。利用WVD的时间边缘特性和频率边缘特性,能精确估计平稳信号中谐波和间谐波成分的幅值和频率信息;对电压骤降和谐波交叉出现的情况,利用WVD及其改进算法也能较精确估计出谐波、间谐波的幅值与频率,以及电压骤降的起止时间和电压骤降后的基波电压幅值。 With the disturbance characteristics of electric signals,a method based on Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD) for detecting crossed power quality disturbance is proposed. For the stationary signals, the parameters of harmonics and interharmonics can be detected exactly with the time marginal condition and frequency marginal condition of WVD. For the concurrence of harmonic and voltage sag,by WVD and its refinement algorithm ,the parameters of harmonics will be estimated accurately and the beginning and lasting time also be orientated.
