摘要
医疗设备是医院工作的基础平台,是创造社会效益和经济效益的硬件基础。由于在采购过程中客观上存在诸多风险,忽视采购风险,会带来严重的经济损失和社会影响。文章认为坚持政府采购、充分论证、科学谈判、完善管理制度是降低采购风险系数的有效办法。
