摘要
农业科技对农业发展的强大推动作用已在国内外长期的生产实践中得到证实,但中国的农业科技成果转化率以及转化成果的普及率都很低,探求农业科技成果推广的有效模式,使科研—推广—生产成为结合顺畅的统一体,是多年来一直备受关注的话题。文章以明水县为例,全面分析了近年来县级科技推广的4种模式,逐一分析其利弊,提出现阶段科研机构与县级农业中心组成的联合型推广体系发挥了巨大作用,具有强大的生命力,二者的有机结合,互相促进,共同发展,开创了农业科技推广的新模式。
It has been proved that the application of agricuhural science ＆ technology properly can speed up rural development in the worldwide practice. Because of the rate of transform and popularity is very low in China, it is a crucial issue to search an effective pattern to spread the achievements of agricultural science ＆ technology, to combine research, popularity and production together in a long time. Four kinds of patterns were analyzed by the case of Mingshui County and a new effective pattern, the joint extension system between agricultural research organizations and county agriculture popularity center was recommended in the paper.
