摘要
对管花蒲公英(Neo-Taraxacum siphonanthum)、异苞蒲公英(Taraxacum heterolepis)及狭戟片蒲公英(T.asiaticum var.lonchophyllum)进行有丝分裂观察及核型分析.结果表明,管花蒲公英的染色体数为2n=32,其核型公式为K(2n)=4 x=32m(4SAT);异苞蒲公英的染色体数为2n=24,核型公式为K(2n)=3x=24=21m+3sm;狭戟片蒲公英染色体数为2n=24,核型公式为K(2n)=3 x=24=24m.同时分析了染色体特征的演变规律,揭示了蒲公英属3个种的相对进化程度,支持将管花蒲公英另立为一属的分类观点.
The mitosis was observed and the karyotypes was analyzed by the method of root tip cells. The results show that the chromosome number of Neo-Taraxacum siphoanthum is 2n =32 and the karyotype may be expressed as K (2n) = 4x =32m( 4SAT );the chromosome number of Taraxacum hetemlepisis 2n=24 and the karyotype may be expressed as K (2n) = 3x = 24 = 21m+3sm, the chromosome number of T. asiaticum var, lonchophyllumis 2n=24 and the karyotype may be expressed as K (2n)= 3x = 24 = 24m. The advance indexes which can reflect the evolutional levels of the three species were summarized.
