摘要
为改善三次采油聚合物注人中分散溶解工艺的配液浓度不稳定,水粉混合不理想,以及搅拌熟化时间长等不足之处,研翩了新型聚合物快速分散溶解装置。该装置主要由给粉设备、输水设备、水粉混合器、静态混合器和自动控制系统等组成,采用闳环控制定量供水.变频器无级调节计量下粉,新法水粉混合和多段静态混合等项技术,有效地解决了上述存在的几方面问题。分散溶解用时缩短至8~10min,溶液浓度误差小于2%,溶液黏度保留率达到68%~69%。
A new variety of rapid mixing and dissolving equipment of polyacrylamide solution is prepared in order to improve the infusing technology of polyacrylamide solution in the third oil extraction. The equipment consists of the following parts: powder feeding device, water transfusion device, water and powder mixer, static mixer, auto control system. The equipment adopts many techniques such as quantitative water transfusion in closed loop control, measurable powder feeding in stepless adjustment by transducer, new means of water and powder mixing, multicell static mixing, as a result, the mixing and dissolving period of time is shortened to 8- 10min, the solution concentration error is less than 2%, the solution viscosity reserving ratio is 68% -69%.
