摘要
电阻点焊的控制参数很多,使得面板操作很复杂。采用单片机控制,利用图形点阵液晶显示器、键盘和EEPROM等组成电阻点焊数字化人机界面,可简便直观地设置电阻点焊参数,予以保存;并给出了详细的软、硬件设计方案。实验结果表明,电路工作可靠,实现了设计目标。
Too many control parameters in the resistance spot welding make the panel operation very complex. So we use digital man-machine interface composed of micro-controller, dot-matrix LCD, keyboard and EEPROM to make the resistance spot welding parameters much more simply and intuitively. This paper gives design details of the software and hardware. Experimental results show that the circuit is reliable. We achieve the design goals.
