摘要
阐述了基于工控机的底盘测功机测控系统工作原理以及建立方法;采用模糊-PID算法改进测功机电模拟过程,并给出了农用运输车在测功机上的试验数据与分析。
In this paper,the model of detection and control system has been built based on industrial computer, The principle and installation method of the control system has been presented. The control method of the dynamometer have been improved based on FUzzy-PID controller and previous experience. In addition,the flexibility and accuracy of this system has been proved by the testing results on this dynamometer.
