摘要
为了进一步提高高频功率放大器的输出功率和效率,提出了借助单片机及CPLD分频产生射频载波信号,并用双电源D类高频功率放大器作为功放的方法.从D类放大器的基本原理出发,对系统的工作原理进行了分析,并对系统进行仿真实验.实验表明,该方法提高了信号的传输效率,降低了信号失真并且避免了信号的相互干扰.对D类功放进行的改进,可以极大地提高高频功率放大器的输出功率和效率,同时高频载波信号分频的问题也得到了很好的解决.
In order to further improve the output power and efficiency of high frequency power amplifier, a solution is proposed by means of using the single chip computer and CPLD frequency division which can develop radiofrequency carrier wave signal, and use double-power-supply class-D high frequency power amplifier as the power amplifier. This paper starts with the basic theory of class-D amplifier, and makes an analysis of the working theory of the system. Based on a simulation experiment with the system, it indicates that the solution has improved the efficiency of signal transmission and reduced signal distortion. Besides, it can avoid the mutual disturbance of signal. The solution makes improvement upon class-D power amplifier, and it can greatly improve the output power and efficiency of high frequency power amplifier. Meanwhile, the frequency division problem of high frequency carrier wave is also well solved.
