摘要
采用6种不同浓度的NaCl对18份羊茅属植物进行耐盐性评价,结果显示,随盐胁迫浓度的增大,地上生物量、地下生物量、株高及存活率都呈现出降低的趋势。地上生物量下降幅度要大于地下生物量,且在0.6%,0.8%和1.0%三个NaCl浓度间差异极显著。材料评价结果表明,材料8,26,61和509相对较耐盐。在此基础上,从中选取7份材料进一步探讨盐胁迫下的的生理反应,结果表明,随NaCl浓度的升高,叶绿素和光合速率呈现递减趋势,脯氨酸呈增高趋势。
The research of physiological response and evelation in eighteen Festuca under different salt tolerance. The experimerntal result shows, that from the morphological observation there have different decreased with the increased of salt concentration,such as aboveground biomass and underground biomass, plant height and survival rate. The reduction extent of aboveground biomass is more than underground biomass, there were significant difference between 0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0% salt concentration. On the basis, the author does a luther exploration physiological reponse under salt tolerance in seven Festuca. Result shows that chlorophyll,photosynthetic rate have different decreased with the increased of salt concentration, but proline was on the contrary of those.
