19Mn6钢板改锻作锅炉锻件的试验研究

摘要 研究19Mn6钢板经过锻造及热处理后能否代替20、25钢用作锅炉锻件。通过对原材料的化学成分、力学性能及金相组织进行分析,确定是否符合国家标准,然后进行下料、锻造、热处理、取样。经过试验及组织性能分析发现,19Mn6锻件的各项性能指标均能达到检验标准,可以代替20、25钢做锻件使用。并确定19Mn6钢锻件的锻造温度为:加热温度1200℃,保温1 min·mm^(-1);始锻温度1100~1150℃;终锻温度≥850℃,锻后空冷。锻后采用正火热处理,加热温度为910~940℃,保温时间为1 min·mm^(-1)空冷。 19Mn6 steel plate was studied to make sure that whether it could be used for the boiler forging in stead of 20 and 25 steel after forging and heat treatment process. Firstly, the chemical composition, the mechanics function and the microstructures of the original material were analyzed to ensure that the state standard was being met, and then, the procedures of cutting, forging, heat treatment and sampling were carried out. Through experiment and analysis, the result shows that various functions of the 19Mn6 forging can meet the requirement of the inspection standard totally and it can be used as the forgings to replace 20 and 25 steel forgings. The forging temperature of the 19Mn6 steel forging was decided as follows: heat temperature was 1200℃, holding for 1 min·mm^-1; initial forging temperature was 1100-1150℃; the end forging temperature was ≥850℃following by air cooling. The forging was normalized at 910-940℃, holding for 1 min·mm^-1 and air colling.
