摘要
通过分区变压边力技术研究了矩形件的成形。介绍了分区变压边力成形系统的结构和组成以及液压压边装置和控制部分原理;通过CSS-44000电子万能试验机测得板料性能参数,利用动力显式有限元分析方法,模拟了分区变压边力矩形件成形过程;以分区变压边力为控制条件,基于分区变压边力矩形件成形系统,完成了矩形件成形。成形过程中压边力通过控制系统可以随拉深起皱规律而合理变化,有效地改善了法兰区变形的不均匀性,提高了盒形件的成形质量。
Blank holder structure and blank holder force (BHF) are very important to the part quality in deep drawing. The forming of rectangular parts was studied by segment variable BHF. Firstly, the drawing system of segment variable BHF for rectangular box was constructed, the hydraulic device of blank holder and the principle of control system was introduced, and then the performance parameters of sheet were measured by electronic universal testing machine CSS-44000 and the forming process was analyzed using the finite element method based on explicit algorithm, finally rectangular box was obtained by controlling segment variable BHF. The BHF could be reasonably changed with the wrinkling law by control system, so the flange formability and the parts quality could be enhanced.
