摘要
通过对ZA27合金的锰、硅合金化研究,获得了具有一定塑性的高强度耐磨锌铝合金。结果表明:锰合金化形成富锰相降低合金伸长率,显著提高合金的抗拉强度和耐磨性能;加硅形成初生硅和含硅化合物,显著提高耐磨性,降低伸长率。
According to manganese and silicon alloying of ZA27 alloy in the squeeze casting,a highstrength,high wear resistant ZA27 alloy with reasonable plasticity was obtained.The results showed that the Mn rich phase formed by manganese alloying in ZA27 alloy greatly improves the tensile strength and wear resistance,but decreases its elongation;the primary silicon and silicon containing compound occurred by the addition of silicon to the alloy remarkably increases wear resistance,reduce elongation and it has negligible effect on the tensile strength.
