摘要
分析编辑在科技期刊编辑出版过程中要处理的各种关系,以及在这些关系中扮演的多重角色。认为编辑要建立在审稿专家面前做虚心的学生、与作者做真诚的朋友、做读者满意的服务者、与排版及印刷单位人员做愉快的合作者等职业交往理念。总结出编辑与上述各类人员交往的方式方法和技巧,为编辑正确进行人际交往提供参考。
Analyses were performed on the interpersonal communication of the periodical editing work, the editors＇ multiple roles and the techniques in the communication. It was suggested that editors should be modest students of the peer-reviewers, sincere friends of the writers, satisfied service staff of the readers and pleasant cooperators of typesetting and printing. It benefits the improvement of the interpersonal communication in the periodical editing work.
