老年骨关节疼痛低频脉冲电磁场治疗的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨低频脉冲治疗老年骨关节疼痛的机制与临床疗效。方法121例老年骨骼或关节疼痛患者,根据病因分为3组:A组(骨质疏松组)、B组(骨质增生组)和C组(腰椎管狭窄伴间歇性跛行及下肢疼痛组)。低频脉冲电磁场治疗:低变频、宽幅、多部位脉冲电磁场,共3个疗程,每个疗程为4周,前3周每周治疗5次,每次30min,15次后休息1周。随访16周,评估疼痛强度和缓解度。结果低频脉冲治疗对骨质疏松和骨质增生疼痛有显著的缓解作用,治疗4周疼痛强度即明显下降(P<0.01);而腰椎管狭窄间歇性跛行经低变频宽幅多部位脉冲治疗下肢疼痛强度有所减轻(P<0.05)。结论低频脉冲电磁场治疗老年骨关节疼痛临床疗效稳定。 Objective To explore the mechanism and therapeutic efficacy of low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields on elderly patients with pain of bone and joint. Methods 121 elderly patients with bone or joint pain were divided into 3 groups by etiopathogenesis:group A (osteoporosis group), group B (hyperosteogeny group), and group C (lumbar spinal stenosis and neurogenic intermittent claudication ). Low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields were used: low-fre- quency, broad width, and muhifields totally three courses, every course of treatment lasted for four weeks. In the first three weeks of every course, the patients received five times of treatment (thirty minutes each) every week, and halted for one week after fifteen times of treatment. Then sixteen weeks' follow-up visit was taken to evaluate the algetic strength and catabatic degree. Results Low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields had marked anesis effect on the pain of osteoporosis and hyperosteegeny, algetic strength obviously decreased after four weeks (P〈0.01) ; meanwhile lumbar spinal stenosis and neurogenic intermittent claudication palliated after the treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusions Low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields have stable therapeutic effect on elderly patients with pain of bone and joint.
