摘要
光电系统中,主镜轴向支撑点位置对面形精度起着非常重要的作用,主镜支撑点位置合理与否,在一定程度上影响着光学系统的成像质量。研究了镜面变形与径厚比的关系以及如何确定不同口径主镜的支撑点的数目,利用有限元法对不同口径主镜的支撑位置进行优化设计,给出了最佳支撑点的位置。
In an optoelectronic system, the axial support point position of its primary mirror is important for its surface figure error. Whether the axial support point position is appropriate will have an effect on the image quality to a certain extent. The relationship between the surface figure error of the primary and the ratio of its diameter to thickness is analyzed. And how to determine the number of axial support points of mirrors with different apertures is discussed. Then the axial support points position of various aperture mirrors is optimized with finite element method. Their optimal positions are given.
