摘要
运用文献资料法和讨论法,对我院社会体育专业建设进行了研讨:确定了3个专业方向和培养3个系列的社会体育专业人才。新增设了专业拓展课,突出了会说、会做、会指导、会策划、会营销、应用型人才的培养。提出了跨院、跨校联合培养人才的思路和专业导师负责制的人才管理新模式。
With literature study, the paper discusses the social sport major construction in the P. E College of Hunan University, this paper pointed out three majors and three types of social sports talents. The paper also proposes it is necessary to set the extended training course and to develop the practical talents. The paper also proposes the cooperative development of talents with other schools and talent management mode of councilor guidance.
