摘要
对沥青树脂热解缩聚过程和流变性能进行了分析,试验结果显示,沥青树脂的热解缩聚可分为熔融及轻质组分脱除、剧烈热分解和缩聚成焦三个阶段。在第1、第3阶段,升温速率对沥青树脂的影响较小,在第2阶段,升温速率加快,导致沥青树脂开始失重温度向高温区移动,失重速率随之增大。选取沥青树脂作为浸渍剂,其浸渍温度确定为260℃,可使浸渍时沥青树脂处于较好的流动状态。
The pyrolysis condensation process and rheological behavior of COPNA resin were analysed. The results showed that the pyrolysis condensation processes of COPNA resin could be divided into three stage:the melting and light components evolution, the drastic decomposition,the condensation coking. In the first and third stages,the rate of temperature rise had a little influence on COPNA resin. During the second stage, the increase of temperature rise would lead to the higher starting temperture of thermal weight loss and the larger weight loss rate. At 260℃ ,the COPNA resin impregnant had excellent rheological performance.
