摘要
在小试基础上,对微波加热还原钛精矿获得富钛料进行了公斤级扩大试验研究。结果表明:在采用20妇球团料;碳质还原剂采用焦碳,占矿比例14%;还原温度1100~1150℃;添加剂占矿比例5%;还原时间90min的条件下,制得金属化球团TiO2品位53,38%;初级富钛料品位72.01%,初级富钛料产率67.5%;TiO2回收率90.1%。X-ray衍射表征其主要物相有TiO2、FeO·2TiO2、Fe、MgTi2O5和硅酸盐类,钛主要以四价的形式存在。
Enlarging experiment of kilogram-scale on making rich-titanium material by microwave reduction was studied based on the laboratory test result. The results show that TiO2 of metallic pellets is 53.38%, TiO2 of primary titanium material is 72. 01%, output rate of TiO2 is 67.5% and recycle rate of TiO2 is 90.1% under the following condition., the pellets of 20 kg, 14% coke, 5% additives, reduction temperature 1 100 ~1 150℃ and reduction time 90 min. The XRD indicates that the metallic pellets contained TiO2, FeO · 2TiO2, Fe, MgTi2O5 and SiO3^2- Ti^4+ helped to the latter flow of acid leaching.
