摘要
在籼型后代渝85-1A-4/IR8F3代中发现光温敏雄性核不育新材料——CQPGMS,经定向选择,育出101S、3001S、7646S等3个两用核不育系。它们的不育临界起点温度低,在重庆有40d以上稳定全不育期,制种安全可靠;3001S、101S有较好的光敏性,在重庆自然条件下,9月初能转为可育,易于繁殖。
CQPGMS, a new resource of photo-and thermo-sensitive genic male-sterility (PTGMS), was discovered in the F 3 generation of the cross of Yu 85-1A-4/IR8. After successively directional selection from it, three PTGMS lines, viz., 101S, 3001S and 7646S have been developed. Their sterility performance and fertility alteration conditions were studied. The results showed that they were low in critical sterility inducing temperature (<24℃) with a stable completely sterile period over 40 days in Chongqing, which makes it safe to do hybrid seed production. 3001S and 101S showed a good photo-sensitivity in fertility alteration. Under the natural conditions of Chongqing, these two lines transfer from sterile to fertile at the beginning of September, which makes it easy to conduct seed multiplication.
