替普瑞酮联合法莫替丁治疗胃溃疡临床疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的:观察替普瑞酮联合法莫替丁在治疗胃溃疡中的作用。方法:把192例经胃镜证实的活动性胃溃疡的病人随机分为对照组(B组)98例,给予法莫替丁20mg,2次/d,6周为1个疗程;治疗组(A组)94例,除同样服用上述药物外,加服替普瑞酮50mg,3次/d,6周后复查胃镜。结果:治疗组胃溃疡治愈率为76.6%,优于对照组(59.1%,P<0.05)。结论:替普瑞酮联合法莫替丁治疗胃溃疡可有效减轻胃黏膜损伤,提高治疗质量,减少复发率。
