摘要
目的:确定大枣多糖提取分离工艺的参数。方法:采用热水浸提法取多糖,乙醇沉淀法分离多糖。对液固比、浸提时间、浸提温度进行了单因素和L9(33)正交实验,并对提取过程中影响提取率的因素进行了统计分析。对多糖浸提液浓缩倍数、乙醇沉淀体积、醇沉时间对大枣多糖得率的影响进行了研究。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间6h,料水比1∶24,提取温度90℃。最佳分离工艺:浓缩倍数为8倍,4倍体积乙醇,醇沉12h,大枣多糖的得率最大。结论:实验结果为新疆次级大枣的深加工提供了可参数据。
Objective:To determine the datas in the process of extracting and separating polysaccharides from jujube with hot water and alcohol deposit. Methods: During the extracting process, three main factors such as liquid- solid ratio, extracting time, extracting temperature were studied by single factor test and orthogonal experiments. In the separating process, three main factors such as concented multiple of extracting liquid, the volume of alcohol and the time of deposit were studied by single factor test. Results: The result indicates that the optimal extracting condition were as follows: the ration of liquid - solid 24:1, extracting duration 6h, extrating temperature 90℃ .The optimal separating condition were as follows: the extracting liquid was concentrated 8 times, adding 4 times volume ethanol and deposit 12 hours. Conclusion: The results provided the probability for the processing of Zizyphus jujuba Mill in Xinjiang.
