摘要
根据双涡圈涡旋式增压器的工作原理,通过分析双涡圈增压器的几何理论,推导出了内涡圈切削后的工作腔容积和容积比,并通过实例计算得出了涡圈中心渐开面始终展角差值随压力比变化的关系。为双涡圈涡旋式增压器的设计计算和进一步的理论研究提供了依据。
Based on the working principle of twin-scroll mechanical supercharger, the paper analyzes the geometric theory of twin-scroll mechanical supercharger and puts forward the working chamber volume and the volume ratio of the cutting-inner scroll. Through the calculated example, the paper draws the relationship that the first midst and last degree margin of twin-scroll center involute surface varies with the pressure ratio. It can provide theory gist for the twin-scroll supercharger design and calculation and further theoretical research.
