摘要
为提高动力总成悬置系统设计效率,运用动力仿真软件AVL Excite对发动机实际振动状况进行模拟,以选出最佳的橡胶悬置组合方案。实验结果表明,仿真结果能够反映实际的隔振状况,应用AVL Excite进行动力总成悬置系统的设计是有效的,能够减少实验次数。
In order to improve the efficiency in the design of Powertrain mounting system, we simulated the vibration of the engine by using AVL Excite, and finally chose the best scheme. The experiment shows good consistency between the results of the experiment and simulation, so it's a good choice to apply Excite to the design of Powertrain mounting system, which could cut down the experiment significantly.
