摘要
当代大学生心理健康现状不甚乐观。如何将心理素质教育渗透于各科教学,建立健全心理卫生工作组织网络,建立心理健康档案和心理咨询机构,发挥大学生自我教育作用,培训教师心理教育能力等是加强大学生心理健康教育的主要内容。
It is the main assume to strengthen academician mental health education that putting the mental diathesis education into each lesson, building mental hygiene network, establishing mental health archives, set up psychological counseling institution, exerting self- education and training teachers＇ mental education ability.
