摘要
分析绿茶活性提取物对优秀赛艇和足球运动员有氧性运动疲劳后血清尿素(BU)含量、血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的变化,表明绿茶活性提取物对骨骼肌损伤有抑制和修复作用,同时有效减少运动所造成的机体结构蛋白和功能蛋白的分解,以及通过直接清除氧自由基及其代谢产物、增强运动员机体抗氧化酶活力等机制,提高机体的抗氧化能力,减少过量自由基对机体的损伤作用,加速对剧烈有氧运动产生的自由基的清除,从而促进机体运动性疲劳恢复。
Influences of green tea acive extract on blood serum urea, MDA, CK, SOD and GSH - PX on excellent rowing and football athletes after aerobic exercise showed that the green tea active extract could improve the anti-fatigue capacity and accelerate the recovery of the exercise-induced fatigue by preventing and reparing the damage of skeletal muscle, effecively reducing the decomposition of structural protein and funcitonal protein caused by the aerobic exercise and the direct clearance of oxygen free radicals, improving the activity of antioxidase which were responsible for the improvement of the body's anti-oxidation ability, redoing the damage caused by oxygen free radicals.
