开口箭与筒鞘蛇菰提取物醒酒作用机制的研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰提取物的醒酒作用机制。方法以康华酒友解酒晶作为对照,采用白酒灌胃造模,分别检测给药组和对照组小鼠肝脏乙醇脱氢酶(Alcohol dehydrogenase,ADH)、乙醛脱氢酶(Aldehyde dehydrogenase,AL-DH)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力。结果开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰提取物及复方组ADH,ALDH,SOD,GSH-Px活力均比模型对照组要高,具有统计学意义。结论开口箭、筒鞘蛇菰提取物可以提高ADH,ALDH,SOD,GSH-PX的活性,加快乙醇在体内的代谢,减少自由基在体内的蓄积,降低脂质过氧化物的含量,从而起到保肝护肝的作用。 Objective To elucidate the mechanism for the extracts of Tupistra chinensis Bak. and Balanophora involucrata HK. f. to inhibit alcoholism. Methods The liver injury of rats was induced by alcohol with an agent "Jiejiujing" as the control group. Then the activities of ADH, ALDH, SOD and GSH - Px in the medication administration and control group were determined. Results The activities of ADH, ALDH, SOD and GSH - Px upon admitting with Tupistra chinensis Bak. , Balanophora involucrata HK. f. and their mixture markedly increased in comparison with those of model groups. Conclusion The extracts of Tupistra chinensis Bak. and Balanophora involucrata HK. f. can markedly enhance the activities of ADH, ALDH, SOD and GSH - Px.
