摘要
文章分析了CSP工艺生产低碳、低硅钢的控制水平,以及热轧板性能。同时分析了转炉点吹对热轧板夹杂物的影响。结果表明,包钢CSP工艺生产SPHD钢w[C]≤0.04%,w[Si]≤0.025%。
The article analyzes the control level for production of the low carbon and the low silicon steel by CSP technology as well as the performance of hot rolled slab. It also analyzes the effect of converter blowing point on the inclusions of hot - rolled plates. The results show that the CSP craft of Baotou Steel(Group) Corporation produce the SPHD steel w [ C] ≤ 0.04 %, w [ Si]≤0.025%.
