摘要
笔者从安全科学的本质分析入手,剖析安全专业教育的公共性、伦理性、综合性、复合性、实践性等本质属性,指出当前我国安全专业教育存在的问题,如公共性的缺失、忽视安全伦理教育、本质安全人的失落、实践能力的降低、通识教育的滑坡等等。并提出我国安全专业教育的发展趋势:走向公共性的复位;安全本质人的重塑;在课程开设中增加安全哲学、安全教育学、安全文化学等人学课程;重视学生工程实践能力的培养,向工程实践的回归;强调学生的综合素养教育,使其加大职业的适应度,走向通识教育的归位;重视伦理道德教育,将增设工程伦理与安全伦理学课程,并在每门课程的实际教学层面融入伦理方面的教育。
From the angle of safety science essence, the natural characters of safety specialty education are firstly analyzed, which include commonality, ethicality, synthesis, complexity, practicalness and so on. Then main problems existing in safety specialty education are pointed out such as the lack of public property, the neglect of safety ethics education, the loss of intrinsic safety persons, the decrease of practical ability, and the drop of general knowledge education. Finally, the developing trend of safety specialty education in China is presented, including the resetting of commonality, the re-building of intrinsic safety persons, the adding of safety philosophy, safety education and safety culture to safety curricula, the regressing of engineering practice, the emphasis of students' comprehensive education and the education of ethics and morality which is introducing into the teaching of safety curricula.
