上海市综合医院中心输液室护理人力资源配置研究 被引量:7

The Allocation of Nursing Personnel in the Transfusion Centers in the General Hospitals in Shanghai

摘要 目的通过调查上海市综合医院中心输液室护理工作量,计算综合医院中心输液室护理人力资源配置标准。方法采用文献回顾法、专家咨询法设计调查问卷以及上海市综合医院输液室工时测定表,随机抽取9家综合医院进行为期1周的现场工时测定,建立数据库后进行统计分析。结果上海市9家综合性医院中心输液室平均每家医院每天输液病人数为263.69人,直接护理工时为110 959.02 s,间接护理工时为319 882.77 s,两者之比为1∶3,根据护理工作总量推算应配备的护士人数为20.96人(实际配置15.80人),护士与输液病人数的理论比为0.08。结论目前上海市综合医院中心输液室护士人力配置不足,按照护士与病人数之比为0.08是最起码的配置标准。建立适合中心输液室特点的护理人力资源配置标准,是满足输液病人服务需求的根本保障。 Objective To establish a standard for allocating nursing personnel in the transfusion centers by way of computing the nursing workload in the centers in the general hospitals in Shanghai. Methods On-the-spot computation of working hours for one week was performed to establish a databank for analysis by random sampling among 9 hospitals using literature review, experts consultation and Transfusion Room Labor Hour Measuring Scale of Shanghai Hospitals. Results The average number of patients undergoing transfusion reached 263.69 in all the 9 hospitals in Shanghai and the direct and indirect nursing hours were 110 959.02 s and 319 882.77 s, respectively, with a ratio of 1:3. The number of nurses to be allocated was 20.96 (the actual number was 15.80) and the ratio between patients and nurses was 1:0.08. Conclusion The nursing manpower is not enough allocated in the transfusion rooms of general hospitals in Shanghai. The allocation ratio should be 1:0.08 between patients and nurses. The establishment of nursing manpower allocation standard based on the features of transfusion room is key to satisfying patient's needs.
