摘要
学习者的个体差异是影响第二语言学习的重要因素。从心理学的角度对学习者的个体差异(即语言能力、学习风格、学习策略、个性因素、学习动机)进行了分析和归纳,同时总结了一些对第二语言教学有意义的启示,旨在帮助教师了解并能正确对待学习者的个体差异以取得更好的教学效果。
The individual differences among learners directly influence the foreign language learning. This essay analyses the individual differences （Aptitude,Learning Style,Learning Strategies,Personality,Motivation） among learners according to psychological research and concludes some significant implications in order to help teachers comprehend and treat learners correctly and get ideal effect.
