摘要
目的:总结采用下颌骨旁正中截开入路实施舌癌切除术的临床疗效。方法:采用下颌骨旁正中截开入路对12例舌体癌患者行舌癌切除联合同侧颈淋巴结清扫术,根据术后下颌骨骨裂愈合情况、舌外形及功能、咬合关系等评价临床疗效。结果:12例舌体癌患者中11例下颌骨骨裂愈合良好,舌外形及咬合关系正常,吞咽及语言功能正常,随访1～3年无局部复发,仅1例术后半年出现肺转移。结论:下颌骨旁正中截开舌癌切除术临床疗效满意。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of the resection for carcinoma of tongue through operative approach to split beside center of mandible. Methods： 12 cases of tongue cancer were undergone resection combined with neck dissection by adopted approach of splitting beside center of mandible. Data of healing process, deglutition and talk, shape of tongue and occluding relations were retrospectively analysed. Results： 11 cases attained perfect healing of mandible incision and occluding relation, with good tongue shape, sound deglutition and talk function. There was no local recurrence in 1-3years follow-up. Pulmonary metastasis was found in 1 case after operation half a year. Conclusion： It shows satisfied clinical effect of the resection for carcinoma of tongue through operative approach to split beside center of mandible.
