摘要
目的:设计并制作一种可对颅颌面进行精确测量的工具,并对其进行初步鉴定。方法:使用游标卡尺和千分尺的工艺,设计并制作三维颅颌面测量器;采用所研制的三维颅颌面测量器对10名男性志愿者进行颅颌面三维测量。结果:采用三维颅颌面测量器,成功获得10位自愿者10个测量点的三维空间坐标数值。结论:三维颅颌面测量器可以对正常人颅面部进行三维空间数据进行测量,可能为复杂颅颌面骨折、颅颌面发育异常等颅颌面三维畸形提供治疗参考。
Objective: To design and applicate a three- dimensional craniomaxillofacial measurement instrument. Methotis: The three - dimensional craniomaxillofacial measurement instrument was designed and made up with vernier caliper and micrometer technique. Then, 10 volunteers were measured with three -dimensional craniomaxillofacial measurement instrument. Results: Three -dimensional craniomaxillofacial measurement instrument successfully to acquired 10 point's 3 -D space data coordinating of 10 volunteers. Conclusion: Three -dimensional craniomaxillofacial measurement instrument can measure 3 - D craniomaxillofacial of normal adult. It may offer reference for complex craniomaxillofacial fracture, craniomaxillofacial abnormal development, and so on,
