浅析典型病案教学法在神经病学教学中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨典型病案教学法在神经病学教学中的应用模式和价值。方法采用课后问卷调查的方式了解学生对于病案教学法的意见;通过分析学生对于病例题答题准确率了解学习效果。结果绝大部分学生赞同典型病案教学法,认为其可以提高学习兴趣和学习积极性,可以加深对教学内容的理解和掌握,更有助于临床技能的培养;在答题正确率方面,采用典型病案教学法的学生显著高于传统教学法的学生(P〈0.05)。结论病案教学法真正体现了以教师为主导、学生为主体的目标教学模式,适应当前的应试教育向素质教育的转变,有利于培养学生的临床实践能力,有利于医学生向临床医生的转变。 Objective To discuss the model and the value about the teaching method of typical cases on the teaching of neurology. Methods To get the comments about the teaching method of typical cases from students by the method of questionnaire after class and to realize the effect of study by the rate of answering correction to the question about the typical cases. Results Most of the students agree with the teaching method of typical cases. They think that this method can increase their interest and motivation to the study. The lessons become easy to understand and master. This method is also helpful to cultivate their clinical skills. The rate of answering correction to the question by the method of typical cases is higher than the traditional teaching method (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The teaching method of typical cases is the target teaching method. With the instruction of the teacher, the students become the main body. This method accommodates the transition of teaching from examination to diathesis. This method is also helpful to cultivate their clinical skills and makes the transition from students to clinician easily.
