摘要
考试在教学过程中发挥着重要的作用。考试管理的规范化和科学化是学校教育和教学管理改革的一项重要内容。本文结合我校临床医学专业考试管理改革的探索与实践，从严把命题质量、探索考试管理模式、建立考试质量监控机制、重视实践环节管理与考核、加强考风管理等五个方面阐释了我校医学考试管理的一些具体做法，形成了一套完整、科学、规范的考试管理模式和人才培养质量保证体系。
Examination plays a very vital role in the teaching process. Examination management to be standard and scientific is an important part in the reform of school management. Through reform and exploration practice of examination management in my school in recent years, this paper introduced some idiographic procedures, including improving test questions quality , exploring examination model, establishing examination quality monitoring mechanism, regarding management of practice and inspection, and enhancing style of examination and so on, the system constructed basing on all of these mentioned above have been proved to be complete, scientific and standard.
