摘要
智力资本已经成为企业获得持续竞争优势的重要源泉。在对当前几种主要的智力资本开发模式进行分析的基础上,创造性地提出并系统阐述了从战略、创新和价值3个维度实施企业智力资本开发的思路,为企业智力资本管理提供了一个新的理论框架。
Intellectual Capital has become the important source of corporation gaining sustainable competitive advantages. Based on the analysis on several mainly current ICD models, a three-dimensional model of ICD has been put forward and expounded systematically, which offered a new theory framework for ICM.
