摘要
目的调查、分析肿瘤专科医院住院病人抗菌药物使用情况，为抗生素的合理使用提供科学依据。方法对甘肃省肿瘤医院2005年1～12月住院病人病历抗生素使用各种相关数据进行汇总分析。结果住院病人病历总计2576份，其中使用抗生素的病例共计2013份，抗生素的使用率达78．14％。结论我院住院病人的抗生素使用率较高，存在不合理使用现象，同时病人组成情况特殊是抗生素使用频率较高原因之一。
Objective To investigate and analyze the in-hospital patients＇ antibiotic drug use in tumour hospital, in order to give some reasonable use information on antibiotic drugs. Methods Collect and analyze the correlation date of in-hospital patients＇ case from the January of 2005 to the December of 2005. Results There are 2013 cases use antibiotic drug in total of 2576 cases, the antibiotic drug use rate is 78.14%. Conclusions Gansu province tumour hospital＇s antibiotic drug use rate is higher and the unreasonable use condition exited. In addition the specialty of the patients＇ composes is a main reason of the higher antibiotic drug use rate.
