摘要
环境权是一项基本人权。在WTO框架下实现环境权是必要、可行且有效的。WTO以环境保护为其宗旨,已有诸多关乎环境保护的贸易条款。在WTO框架下实现环境权,一方面应充分利用现有制度;另一方面应以人权方式处理贸易改革。
Environmental right is one of the basic human rights. It＇s necessary, feasible and efficient to fulfill the environmentalright. Environmental protection is one of WTO＇s aims, and there are many provisions concerning environmental protection. In order to fulfill environmental right, it is suggested, on the one hand, to take full use of the existing regulations, and on the other hand, to promote human rights in the process of negotiating and implementing trade rules.
